Plasma cutting

Plasma cutting is a process of cutting metals (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other metals) using plasma arc.

Plasma cutting is performed using a CNC plasma cutting machine equipped with a High Definition (HD) plasma source which provides high productivity and quality. In the cutting process a 2D+ plasma torch  is used which enables material cutting with edge beveling.

Oxy-fuel cutting

In the case of carbon steels we offer oxy-fuel CNC cutting. The main advantages of oxy-fuel cutting are: a capability of thick plate cutting, low operation costs, perpendicularity of cutting edge (no edge bevel).

We recommend the oxy-propane cutting process for mild steel cutting when material thickness is in the  range of 20mm up to 150mm.

Pipes cutting

We offer 3D pipes cutting using the  plasma and  the oxy-fuel cutting technology.

Our machine is equipped with a numerically controlled rotation gear (CNC), which enables cutting of holes and other advanced intersection shapes on the pipe's surface. We perform the 3D cutting of pipes within the diameter range of 50mm up to 600mm.

Welding

Anticorrosion protection

Drilling

At the airless painting we use a painting pump GRACO Xtreme NXT 70:1 which enables to execute high quality layers as well as the increase of process efficiency.

For anticorrosion protection we use epoxy and polyurethane paints.

Alternatively we can protect the steel structures by hot dip galvanizing  (services in cooperation).

The holes are drilled using Bernardo RD 820x32 radial drilling machine and a portable magnetic FEIN KBM50 drilling machine.

All steel elements are welded using MIG/MAG method. The production is performed at two welding stations equipped with synergetic Kemppi FastMig M420 power sources. Synergic power sources control enable optimized arc regulation,  easier and faster configuration of welding parameters.

Our good quality welding machines allow us to obtain better penetration and high welding speeds while reducing welding defects at the same time.
